In this project i have done the mechanical concept design, fabrication, electronic components selection, hardware design & development and coding in arduino.

1. As it was gasket manufacturing company each gasket has a name of the company to get embosed on it. So in this process the operator has to just put the bunch of gasket of around 50 in the conveyor belt and the structure of that holding position was set to delevier one gasket at a time, then when gasket move from one conveyor to another it produces a gap in between two gasket as it was timing belt and pully driven so we have smaller pulley at the end side and bigger pulley at the start side so the RMP difference produces the gap, the pneumatic cyclinder was sensor driven with delay and that delay was dependent on the size of gasket.

2. So we need to trigger the sensor for each gasket.

3. Operator has to enter the size of gasket and the delay was calculated in the program with mathamatical calculation.
