Traditional Surface Grinder Automation

In this project i have done the development of the electronic hardware design and development, coding in arduino. There are three components of working.

1. Home Position : The surface grinder bed which is used when the job is to be placed on the bed of the grinder for processing.

2. Jog Mode : It is used when the operator want to do the process manually by using of joy stick to move the bed left and right and also to move the bed inside and outside.

3. Automatic Cycle : The operator when place the job on the bed it has to just enter the width of the job which is to be processed and the operator has to enter the amount at which the bed should go inside or outside when one cycle is completed( in mm).

After the automatic cycle is completed the bed of the grinder will stop at the home position and the main screen will be displayed.
